Comments (Optional)

Have you filled out every blank? Are you sure they all qualified? If you pick a driver that does not qualify or make the race you will score 44 points for that driver. Be sure you did not duplicate the same driver twice above and that you completed all the blanks above. If you are ready to send your picks simply click the submit button below! Good Luck.

*Remember the only way you get to drop your worst place driver is if the driver you pick to win actually wins. Your winning driver has to win the race for you to get the bonus. Read rules page for more.

PASSING THE TORCH
Champ is running out of time. Almost 200 points back, does he really have a fighting chance?
Entering The Home Stretch
It's been a wild and crazy ride this year filled with ups, downs, heartaches, surprises and scoring disasters. I hope you all have enjoyed it and come back for another dose in 2009! Congrats this year to Ken's steady persistence and damn good luck. He stayed one step ahead of me the entire way. Sheila's last minute hot streak and Jordan's late come back. And of course, to myself for again being a top contender!

Looking Ahead To 2009

" I could not be more proud of my team this season. The Dupont Pepsi GMAC Nicorette Quaker Chevy ran hard all year. Mistakes were made at a few of the races and at times there were issues that were beyond my control. We just didn't have quite enough for the #1 car. I can't say enough about Ken Wells, he was a hell of a competitor this year. I hope he don't retire, because I would like to battle him again next year. I don't know how they got that #1 car so fast, it must be the magnets. It's still not over, I have to buckle down and run these last 3 races.
I am 2nd in the standings but Sheila is 73 points behind me and Jordan is only 11 behind her. It's possible that I could drop to 4th if I don't keep it together. Sheila and Jordan have gotten better as the Chase winds down, while I have not. I've just got to stay on track and try not to make any mistakes going into the final races. Picking another winning driver would help a ton.Look I'm exhausted and ready to get to my RV, no more questions please!" - Mike Wells   ( Associated Press- 10-26-08 )
The #29 car will be back up
